In areas of heavy usage such as field entrances, paddocks, and passageways, the ground can become very muddy and difficult to traverse, especially in the winter. Equi-grid is a surface stabilization system which permanently separates the top layer and substructure, providing good surface load distribution and permanent drainage function

To translate: Equi grid is an extremely strong interlocking mesh which will hold even the most sodden earth together underfoot, providing a safe and easily gripped underhoof surface capable of holding up to 350 tonnes per square metre!

Used on the continent in turning-out paddocks, gallops and show-rings, Equi-grid is especially useful as an alternative to the traditional method of membrane lining in arenas. While allowing the animal to move at pace or jump without becoming bogged down or slipping, the system controls the distribution of the flooring material in its cells, and is impossible to tear or rip.

It is weatherproof, durable, resistant to rotting, not harmful to the environment, low weight, high load bearing , resistant to ammonia, frost and UV light.
