- Deal with all enquiries with courtesy and sound product knowledge. If we do not know the answer to a query, we will find out for you.
- Respond to all indirect enquiries within 24 hours.
- Supply all relevant information when dealing with a price enquiry, ruling out hidden costs or add-ons to an order.
- Respond to all orders with a written confirmation, allowing the customer to review and evaluate their order and its terms and conditions.
- Fulfil all orders, from initial enquiry to delivery and aftercare, to the exact specifications where possible. Where this is not possible, we will review and revise the order with the customer so that they are aware of, and happy with, all changes.
- Deal with any problems or complaints, should they arise, with courtesy, speed and genuine concern.
