Annalong Coastal Path

| Ecoplastic recently partnered with the Annalong Community Development Association, N.I. Department of Social Development and Newry And Mourne District Council to re-develop one of County Down's most visited pieces of coastline. The Annalong Coastal Path, which runs along the foot of the Mourne Mountains Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is frequented by thousands of visitors a year, as well as being a popular route for the local community to enjoy the stunning natural beauty of their home town. However, in recent years the path had fallen into disrepair (see BEFORE picture below). The designers of the pathway regeneration approached Ecoplastic for furniture for the trail. Ecoplastic products are virtually maintenance free making them particularly suitable for coastal areas - the material will not rot, fade, splinter or break. | |
